Dmitriy was born in 1957 in small village Horol, Horol region, Primorskiy krai of Russia.
In 1974 he entered to Khaki state art institute .In 1978 he graduated from this institute. In 1986 he became a member of Unite of painters of USSR. In 1991 he became a member of Poltava organization of painters unite of Ukraine.
Since 1978 till 2004 he took part in more than 45 exhibitions in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, USA, France, Poland, Austria and Denmark.
His paintings are in private collection in 10 countries
