    2. Bartenev Vitaliy Viktorovich was born in 1967 in the town Ivano Frankivsk. In 1991 Vitaliy graduated from the Fine Art College in Odessa. In 1993 he entered the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. While studying at the academy participated in the regional, republican and international exhibitions. In 1999 Vitaliy graduated from the Academy, the faculty of easel painting. Now he lives and works in the town Kolomia, Ivano Frankivskiy region. Vitaliy likes reading the books on Ukrainian mythology. He made art works on theme of the ancient Ukraine-Rus. Nowadays he is working over the series of portraits of the well known politicians, artists, poets. Vitaliy decorated the churches in Western Ukraine. The works are located in the private collections of USA, Canada, Russia, Israel and Ukraine.
